COVID-19 Emergency Mortgage Assistance

Any misstatements or omissions in this application may result in the disqualification of housing assistance. Further, if assistance is provided, you may be required to repay all program monies expended on your behalf if such misrepresentations are discovered later. All questions must be answered.

The service will provide a one-time payment to defray mortgage, property tax, and foreclosures up to $2,000 for Mashpee Wampanoag tribal members across the United States.

Applicants must be an enrolled member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe

Please prepare the following documents after applying:

Current mortgage bill or tax bill.
Verification of earned/unearned income from all household members 18 and over (recent 8 weeks paystubs, W-2, SS notice, Etc.).
Social Security cards for all household members.
Tribal ID or Government ID.
